These Terms govern your use of Magnifire.Ai and its services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Magnifire.Ai provides an Ai-powered marketing system, including the (a)MD™, which assists with strategy, content creation, scheduling, and publishing. The service supports marketing execution but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure your content and instructions do not infringe on third-party rights
- Maintain the security of your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to:
- Engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity
- Generate misleading or false claims
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt system operations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
4. Ai-Generated Output
The (a)MD™ generates content based on your inputs and available data.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs where required
- We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or performance
- All use of generated content is at your discretion and risk
5. Fees and Billing
- Services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
- All platform technology, systems, and processes remain the property of Magnifire.Ai
- You retain ownership of your business data and inputs
- You are granted a license to use generated outputs for your business
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform.
7. Availability
We aim for consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or external factors may result in temporary disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Magnifire.Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for business outcomes, revenue changes, or marketing performance
- Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding billing period
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
