Payment
Accepted methods
Magnifire.Ai accepts major credit and debit cards for standard subscriptions. ACH may be available for supported United States accounts. Wire transfer is available for approved higher-tier, agency, partner, or enterprise accounts where invoice-based payment is required.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars unless your order form, invoice, or written account agreement states another currency. If your card issuer, bank, or payment provider converts currency, their exchange rate and fees are handled outside Magnifire.Ai.
Tax handling
Taxes are calculated from the billing address, account type, and applicable local rules at the time of purchase or renewal. If sales tax, VAT, GST, HST, or another transaction tax applies, it appears as a separate line on the invoice or receipt. Business customers with a valid tax exemption or tax registration number should add it before the next renewal whenever possible.
Plans and pricing
Standard plan tiers
Standard tiers are Lift at $97/month, Flow at $197/month, and Scale at $297/month. Each tier includes one brand workspace, onboarding, voice training, content history upload, audience definition, scheduled content, Engagement Overview, Recent Activity, and support appropriate to the plan.
Agency pricing
Agency pricing is built around client seats. Scale Pilot is $397/month for one client, Scale Portfolio is $497/month with five client seats included, and Scale Partner is $997/month with fifteen client seats included. Each client seat should be used for one client workspace with its own brand profile, content history, audience definition, and publishing setup.
Additional client seats
Additional active client seats are billed on top of the agency plan. Scale Portfolio additional seats are $97/month per seat. Scale Partner additional seats are $67/month per seat. Accounts with twenty-five or more client seats may qualify for volume pricing through an enterprise or partner agreement.
Annual and monthly billing
Monthly plans renew each month and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled before the next renewal. Annual plans are billed upfront and may include different pricing or account terms. Annual upgrades are typically prorated for the remaining term; downgrades or cancellations take effect according to the written account agreement.
Invoices and receipts
Where to find invoices
Invoices, receipts, payment status, and saved payment methods are available from the account billing area. Agency and partner accounts should check the workspace that owns the subscription, because client workspaces may not have billing access unless direct client billing is enabled.
Email delivery
Receipts are sent automatically to the billing email on file after successful payment. Invoice notices, failed payment notices, renewal reminders, and payment method update notices are also sent to the billing contact when applicable. If the right person is not receiving billing email, update the billing contact before the next renewal.
VAT, GST, and international customers
International customers should add VAT, GST, HST, or other tax registration details in the billing area when available. If a registration number is added after an invoice is issued, future invoices will use the updated information. Already issued invoices may not be editable if local tax rules require the original invoice to remain unchanged.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation policy
You can cancel from the account billing area or by contacting billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves the account active through the paid billing period unless the account agreement says otherwise. Scheduled work, publishing, optimization, and support access end when the paid service period ends.
Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded once the billing period has started, except where required by law or stated in a written account agreement. Annual plans may be eligible for prorated treatment when that is included in the account terms. Some introductory or agency offers may have a separate written guarantee; that guarantee controls only when it appears in the original offer or order terms.
Brand intelligence after cancellation
Before cancellation completes, export any account data, content history, approved assets, or brand materials you need to keep. Magnifire.Ai retains archived (a)MD™ brand intelligence for 30 days after the paid service period ends so the account can be reactivated without starting from zero. After that retention period, archived brand intelligence may be deleted or anonymized unless a legal, security, or contractual requirement requires longer retention.
Partner billing
Agency client invoicing
Agency client seats are invoiced to the agency by default. The agency decides how it bills its own clients, including whether the platform cost is passed through, bundled into a retainer, or included in a broader service package. Direct-to-client billing is available only on approved partner arrangements.
Referral payouts
Referral payouts follow the active Referral Program terms. Standard customer referrals are tracked through the referral code or link assigned to the account, and commissions begin after the referred customer satisfies the required active-paid qualification period. Payouts are sent to the approved payout method on file.
Commission tiers
Standard customer referrals do not use complex commission tiers. If an agency, partner, or enterprise agreement includes a tiered commission structure, the current tier, qualification rules, and payout timing are shown in the partner area or written agreement. Commission questions should include the referral code, referred customer email, invoice date, and payout period.
Contact for billing issues
For payment failures, invoice corrections, cancellation questions, tax details, partner payouts, or billing access problems, email [email protected]. Include the account email, workspace name, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue.
